1947 Bombolo is born Norbert Graubner in Weinbach an der Lahn.
1962-65 Leaves village and parental home and completes an apprenticeship as a cook.
1965-70 Travels as a chef – on Holland America Line ships, to North and Central America, Polynesia, Southeast Asia, Japan, Australia and New Zealand. 
1970-1983 Owns and manages renowned restaurants with French cuisine, including the gourmet restaurant Bonne Auberge, the Hard Rock Café and the Waikiki in Frankfurt – breaks with his previous life overnight at the height of this career.
1984 Restoration of an isos in England built pilot cutter (at times sailed by Ernest Hemingway)- the Fair Down is today in the museum harbor of Flensburg. 
1985 Study trip through the Danish islands.
1986-87 Study trip through Hopi and Navajo Resenrate in the American Southwest-Working trip to Aspen, Colorado-Meeting Georgia 0′ Knete in Abiquiu and Alan Moosen in Santa Ff, New Mexico.
1988 Study trip to Maui, Hawaii.
1989 Study visit to London and the Cornwall coast.
1991 Stay at the Zen monastery Hosshin-ji, with Harada Sekkei at in Obama-shijapan.
1992 Begins to exhibit his painting.
1993 Trip with Harada Sekkei to Leh, Alchi, Lamayuru and Hemis Festival in Ladakh, Himalayas / India.
1994 Study trip to the Indian reservations in the USA.
1995 Shooting of the film portrait _Security is an Illusion*.
1996 Stay at the Hosshin-ji monastery in Obama, Japan.
1997 Broadcast of the film portrait on Bavarian Radio III Study trip to Alaska.
2002 Study trip to South America, Buenos Aires, Santiago de Chile, Atandla Desert, Rene on the Amazon, Manaus.
2003 Publication of the book _Neruda Ellad edited by Prof. Dr. Gabriela Pommerin Götze in the National Library of German Language Poetry.
